PDA Has Arrived, I'm Working Out The Bugs

Late last year I sold my entire inventory to customers of my book that wanted parts of it.  My reason for doing this was so that I could spend the time rebuilding my inventory and documenting the process so that my customers could see the types of books I look for and the values of the books I buy.

Because the acquisition of inventory is such a time consuming process, particularly if one wants an increasing inventory, I opted to purchase a PDA so that I could spend less time looking and more time documenting.

I have received my PDA and took it for a test drive this evening.  I still have a couple bugs to work out and I will begin scouting and documenting the process in our "customer only" message board in the very near future.

If you are interested in seeing how I build my inventory and want to follow along with my message board postings, please register for the forum. Please note that the forum cannot be accessed without registration approval and I am only approving access for customers of my book and/or software because the intent of the forum is to take my customers beyond what any book can provide and give them a means for continuing their bookselling learning by sharing their experiences with each other.  It also provides me with a way to communicate with them and share information that I learn without divulging it to the entire world.

Based on the feedback I have received from customers, there is a lot of interest in seeing the results of my scouting expeditions.  I hope it proves to be worthwhile to all of my customers because I know it is going to take me a lot of time and effort to rebuild my inventory to a level anywhere near the inventory I sold.  In fact, I doubt I will even attempt that level again.  In any case, if you are a customer and you are interested in following along, I encourage you to check the message board for results.
