Because I use PayPal, I cannot adjust the S&H rate for customer orders. Thus, for international orders I have adjusted the price of the book to $36.99 so that I can charge the $8.99 international shipping rate. Here is how it will appear:

What you are actually paying is:

As you can see, the total is the same, this is just the only way for me to adjust for the cost of international shipping.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be given for items returned within 30 days of customer receipt if the items are returned in the same new condition as they were shipped. Returned books must show no visible signs of use, i.e., they cannot have curled, bent, or scuffed covers, dog-eared pages, highlighting, underlining, or any other defect that would preclude them from being considered new. If the book has been read and the covers do not stay closed when the book is placed flat on a table, the book cannot be accepted as a return as this will not satisfy the "new" condition of the book. The refund policy is intended to allow customers that have changed their minds to return the merchandise without risk, not to allow a customer to read the book and return it for a refund. I am sorry I have to post this notice like this, but I had one customer that kept the book for 87 days and decided they wanted to return it. I do not operate a library.
